No government, whatever authority it may think it has, has the authority to violate anyone’s right to make their own personal life choices.

So, when any governments make it illegal to exercise one’s personal liberty, such laws may be violated with pride and dignity. They should, in fact, be violated, undermined, and loudly opposed at every opportunity.

Governments attempting such a violation of individual rights–at any level–should be removed from power as quickly as possible. They are a threat to everyone’s individual rights and should not be tolerated.

Any Federal, State, or local law which denies a woman her right to choose to have an abortion, is a brutal, immoral, and a violation of her individual liberty. It is those states, those laws, and those lawmakers who are the criminals. And it is those lawmakers who should be placed behind bars for their abuses of public trust.
